Farwa graduated from the University of Alberta with a major in Psychology. She has strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. She has a passion for helping others and a strong commitment to a standard of excellence. Farwa has over 13 years of customer service experience and is always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. She has a very understanding and patient nature which stems from years of interacting with all different types of customers in her various jobs. Farwa is action-orientated, highly productive and determined. She is always striving for new challenges and finds great gratification in helping people around her.
